Travel Agency Cancellation & Refund Policy
Article 1 (Purpose of Terms)
This policy defines the refund rules and cancellation fees that apply when a customer cancels a reservation.
Article 2 (Cancellation Procedure)
1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email, text, etc).
2. Requests received outside business hours will be processed the next business day.
Article 3 (Cancellation Fees & Refund Policy)
Cancellation fees vary depending on the number of days before departure:
- 31+ days: Full refund
- 30–15 days: 10% fee, 90% refund
- 14–8 days: 30% fee, 70% refund
- 7–3 days: 50% fee, 50% refund
- 2 days or less / same day: No refund
※ Actual costs (e.g., airline tickets) may be deducted.
※ Special conditions may apply to group products.
Article 4 (Agency-Initiated Cancellation)
Full refund will be provided if the agency cancels due to:
1. Minimum participant number not met
2. Natural disasters, epidemics, etc.
3. Other unavoidable company circumstances
Article 5 (Force Majeure & Client Responsibility)
Client-side reasons (health, schedule change) fall under this policy.
Force majeure cases (disasters, political unrest) will be refunded minus actual expenses.
Article 6 (Change or Transfer of Travelers)
1. Name changes allowed up to 7 days before departure (fees may apply).
2. Some services (e.g., air tickets) may not be transferable.
Article 7 (Additional Information)
1. Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after notice.
2. Credit card refunds follow the card issuer’s policy.
